Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 1 oz of Lime Juice

• 2 oz of Whiskey

• 3/4 oz of Simple Syrup made with Batey

Turbinado Sugar

Preparation

1. Add the lime juice, whiskey and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, add the ice and shake for about 15 second.

2. Pour the mix on a glass

3. Decorate with some orange skin

4. Enjoy!!
