Ingredients
2 Bread slices
1/2 Tablespoons of Batey Turbinado Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa powder
a Pinch of Vanilla
1/3 Cup of milk
2 Tablespoons of Coffee
2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
Preparation
On a Bowl mix the Egg, cocoa, 1 Tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar, some Vanilla, the milk and 1 Tablespoon of Coffee.
Soak the bread slices on the mix and cook them on a Pan 1 minute per side.
For the filling, mix the greek yogurt, 1 table spoon of Batey turbinado sugar, 1 tablespoon of coffee and a pinch of vanilla.
On a put a slice of bread then the yogurt mixture, another slice of bread, more yogurt mix and decorate with some cocoa powder.
