Gingerbread cookies




Ingredients:


125gr unsalted butter

100gr Batey turbinado sugar

3 tbsp honey

1 egg

370gr all purpose flour

1tsp baking soda

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tsp grpund cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground gloves

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt





Preparation

  1. On a bowl mix the butter, Batey turbinado sugar and honey until combined.

  2. Add the egg and mix.

  3. Stir the dry ingredients.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

  5. Roll out the dough and cut the gingerbread cookies using a cookie cutter with your favorite shape.

  6. Put them on a tray and bake at 350 F° for 10 to 12 minutes.

  7. Let them cool

  8. Enjoy!
