Beer Punch

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon of Batey Turbinado Sugar

• 1 Shot of lime Juice

• 1 Lager Beer

• 1 Shot of Gin

• 1 Shot of Red Wine

Preparation

1. Spread 1 tablespoon of sugar in a thin layer onto a small plate.

2. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.

3. Dip the glass rim in sugar to coat.

4. Add the beer on the glass, the shot of Gin, Red Wine and lime juice.

5. Decorate with a slice of lime.

6. Enjoy!!
